In 2020, HONEY, we ain’t playing Bob the Builder for no one else than ourselves. We embrace our feminine energy and let our spiritual equals naturally flock our way! 💋

In these days we women often tend to forget about our feminine energy (the power of being) and are pushed into the masculine energy (power of doing). We need to be strong, assertive, action-oriented, independent, but still remain an EQ as high as possible. We saw women striving to find their position of power by abandoning their feminine energy. It’s often what we need in the modern business world to prevent getting lost inbetween all the competitors. And it’s sometimes good as it is, I’m not saying it’s something bad. Yet still, we often feel so disconnected from our own feminine energy, having problems switching off the masculine energy even at home or in our love lives and we can feel that it gets us nowhere. The key is keeping the balance by fully releasing the blocked feminine energy. This sexual polarity is based on the spiritual concept of feminine AND masculine energy (not based on gender stereotypes) to complement each other. Feminine energy, which is the receptive, nurturing, and “passive” force is understood as Yin. Masculine energy on the other hand, which is the assertive, direct, and decisive force, is Yang. Both Yin and Yang are two parts of the same whole — without Yin, Yang would have no contrast. Neither could exist without the other. We would not know darkness, unless we understood light.
Don’t misunderstand the message, femininity is neither meant to be submissive nor loathing men, nor chasing anyone who’s not ready. People needs to come ready for you. Trying to make another one whole if he isn‘t already whole by himself won’t work. We won‘t build anyone except ourselves! If someone doesn’t meet you equipped as you desire and deserve, to be the counterpart of your feminine energy, it’s not the right thing or time yet.
I repeat: In 2020, we ain’t playing Bob the Builder, we ain’t searching projects of others to complete.

People make lists in their head about what they want in a lover, maybe like brown hair with a sweet smile and a deep voice. A sharp mind and a soft heart, a sense of humor that actually makes you laugh like you mean it. Someone who drives a fast car or have a special degree...this and that. And it’s all bullshit. Because people aren’t lists. They are all very unique and have different shades of character traits in different stages of their lives. And I‘ve always wanted to made people realize that. Maybe one day you’ll come across someone with a list in their head that is nothing like the person you are, and you’ll show them what they didn’t even know they were looking for without even realizing it. People who think they know exactly what they want in a lover are fooling themselves, mostly for self protection. Because we don’t really know what love is and how it works. Nobody really knows what they want, maybe the brain has an imagination of the perfect counterpart, but the heart doesn’t really know, not until it’s right there in front of them and even then...some still never know. Love is always a choice when the infatuation is over. May the storm in you wait for the one who does not fear the rain.

Today I want to give you a meditation practice that has changed my perspectives on life and on myself. If you’ve ever struggled with self-love and self-acceptance – this is for you. Read it first, then do it as described. You can also let someone read it to you, this will be even more effective if it’s guided.
Close your eyes. Imagine yourself in a random room. You see pictures on the walls. They’re all in a row and you realize it’s you on the pictures. In chronological order from now to the past. Pictures of different stages of your life. Visualize it internally. You follow the pictures until you arrive at the very end, the beginning of your life, you as a baby. All of a sudden, someone touches your right hand, a tiny person is looking right into your eyes. And you recognize yourself, it’s you, the 3 year old you. She reaches her tiny little hands for you and you pick her up. She looks deep into your eyes and seems a little scared and confused, overwhelmed by your presence. She obviously missed you a lot all the past years. She leans in on your chest and you just hold her tight, tight to your heart. And all of a sudden you finally realize it.
You say to her: "I’m sorry that I’ve forgot you for so long, that I neglect you sometimes. I know you’re just a pure innocent child who wants genuine love and attention and just be playful and carefree. I rarely give you permission and put a lot pressure on you. I’m sorry for all the negative words I’ve said to you. For all the doubts I had about you and your abilities. For all the times I forced you to act like you didn’t feel for, only to satisfy others. For all the times I put you last and everyone you loved first. Sorry for blaming you when I didn’t get the love I always wished for. Sorry for letting you down so many times and I promise you to love you, to give you more attention, to let you live more as your heart wishes. Trust me, when I say I love you. I really do! I sometimes forget but I will never again. At the very end no matter what, you are the only one I really have, my all time companion til the end of my life. I finally know to cherish you. I want the best for you, I promise to never stop loving you."
